News received from David Smith on November 8th...

Hi to all from Nicaragua
Thanks for all the prayers from you guys, we surely need them. The work is very hard and the temperature is in the 90's. We have prepared about 28 filters to be installed in homes. We have some problems with them leaking but are trying to fix that. I have some great pictures and stories to share with you when I get back. Please keep up the prayers for the team and especially the people of LaJola that the clean water and hygiene training helps them.
In Christ
David

On Friday, November 5th, a mission team comprised of ten individuals from Guardian will depart for La Joya, Nicaragua where they will spend 9 days constructing BioSand water filtration units for the village. While there, they will also educate the villagers in good health and hygiene practices, all the while sharing the Good News of Jesus, our Living Water.

The following link will allow you to stay in touch with the team via blog posts and photos. To view blog posts, click on "Comments". To view photos, click on "Nicaragua 1026" under Albums.

We ask that you keep the members of the mission team, Most Ministries, and the people of La Joya in your prayers and also encourage the members of Guardian to make use of the special devotional booklet created by Diane Kaye.
