Margaret graduated from Concordia University, Nebraska in 2004 with a degree in Elementary Education and has been serving in the teaching ministry alongside her husband Brent for the past 10 years. She recently moved to Michigan from Florida where she taught 5th grade for six years at St. Mark’s Lutheran in Hollywood, FL, and 3rd grade for four years at Trinity Lutheran in Delray Beach, FL. Margaret is excited to use her talents and abilities for God’s glory here at Guardian as 4th grade teacher. “I am so thankful for the inspiring and dedicated teachers that I have had and desire to have a meaningful impact on the students and families that enter my classroom. There is no greater privilege than to tell my students about the salvation that has been won for us through Jesus Christ and to help them grow in love and understanding of how God has uniquely blessed each of them to be a blessing to others.” Margaret enjoys music, arts and crafts, sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
