Lynn has served in the teaching ministry since 1999. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Wayne State University and Masters in Education (Curriculum and Instruction) from the University of Phoenix. Prior to coming to Guardian, she taught at Trinity Lutheran, Wyandotte. She has two daughters, Brooke and Kierstyn. Her favorite things about teaching are recognizing that each child is a unique creation of God with their own learning style, loves, likes, and challenges. "I love being part of the learning process in the lives of each of these children and being a part of their academic and spiritual growth. Teaching is more than reading, math, social studies or science. It's smiles and hugs, listening to stories, confusion to understanding, 'I don't get it' to 'This is easy'. It's part of being a child's future...and one day, their past." Lynn enjoys spending time with family, the great outdoors (especially camping, fishing and swimming), scrapbooking and playing games.
Favorite Bible verse: "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11
