Mr. Dummann has been serving in the teaching ministry since 2006, specifically as Principal of Guardian since 2013.  He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Education from Concordia University – Wisconsin in Mequon, Wisconsin.  Before coming to Guardian he served as teacher, Upper School Principal, and Headmaster of Our Saviour Lutheran School in New York City.  Mr. Dummann has also served 2 terms on the Board of Directors for the Atlantic District of the LCMS, and as a committee member to numerous District conventions.  He believes that the molding of Christ-centered servant leaders should be one of the foundations of mission for any Lutheran school.
