Track and field is a spring sport that is offered at Guardian Lutheran School.  It is offered to both boys and girls starting in the fourth grade.  The team practices in April and ends the year with the state meet in June.  There are four meets in a season; the Trinity Monroe invitational, the Western Lutheran Athletic League meet, the regional meet, and for those who qualify the State meet.  In past years, many athletes have qualified for the state meet.  

Events offered: 100 M dash, 200 M dash, 400 M dash, 800 M run, 1600 M run, 4 x 100 relay, 4 x 200 relay, 4 x 400 relay, shot put, long jump, high jump.
