HANDBELLS CHOIR
The Guardian Lutheran School Handbell Choir gives students the opportunity to make a joyful noise through the beautiful art of handbell music. Students in grades 5–8 learn music-reading skills and ringing techniques while developing confidence, focus, and teamwork.
Meeting twice a week, the Handbell Choir prepares music for school chapel services, Advent and Lenten worship services, and special performances, including opportunities to participate in the Concordia Music Festival.
More than just learning to play an instrument, students discover the importance of listening to one another, working together, and using their musical gifts to glorify God. Every ring plays an important part in creating beautiful music and sharing God’s message through music.
